Christina developed her expertise as a Human Resources Generalist through her work in companies of various sizes and industries. With her strategic thinking and creative mind, she excels at designing impactful programs to enhance employee and organizational performance.
Having earned a degree in Human Resources Management and a certification in Personal and Professional Coaching from Concordia University, Christina has been harnessing her skills and know-how to the benefit of organizations and the people who compose them, for the past fifteen years.
Prior to joining the SISMIK Impactful Culture team, Christina held the position of Vice President, People and Culture at The Kersheh Group, where she was responsible for transforming the HR function. There, she developed and implemented HR initiatives that enabled the recruitment and retention of top talent and fostered a culture of learning and performance. Among these initiatives were the implementation of an HRIS system, the introduction of a coaching and training program and a major overhaul of the benefits program.
Christina is committed to helping people reach their full potential and partnering with her clients to build high-performing teams. Her main goal is to ignite people’s passion while ensuring they have the tools they require to succeed. She has a strong interest in organizational development, cultural transformation and leadership coaching.
