Endowed with a keen interest in organizational development, Norma Léger has now garnered 13 years of experience in the human resources field. With her relational and communication skills, she is eager to take on new challenges and has earned a reputation for her client-centric approach.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Université de Moncton, with a major in international management. Norma began her career with the Government of New Brunswick and later took a position with an organizational development cooperative. She then continued her career at a large company, where she worked in the area of talent management.

In recent years, Norma has contributed to a variety of undertakings, including the development of a major mentorship program; setting up a succession management and high potentials program; establishing competency profiles; creating engagement surveys; and coordinating development programs, including leadership journeys. Thanks to her strong sense of collaboration and the importance she attaches to cohesion, Norma is a consultant who is truly committed to the well-being of the teams she supports. The same determination she has demonstrated throughout her career underpins her aspiration to help managers and their employees develop their potential even further.

Norma is intensely proud of her Acadian roots and has a genuine passion for wellness. She has an interest in yoga that is both personal and professional and is certified to teach this discipline.
