Philippe de Villers
With his 15 years of experience, Philippe considers himself a solid generalist in human resources and organizational development. In particular, he helps managers think about their practices and articulate ambitious and realistic HR strategies, while also enhancing team engagement.
A family man and father of two, Philippe more or less stumbled into HR when he was a team leader at a customer contact centre. After seeing the difficulties of recruiting new staff, he gravitated quite naturally towards a management role in this area. Philippe then rose through the ranks at Tootelo Innovation (Hello Health) to become Human Development Director (HDD) and then HR Operations Manager at Richter S.E.N.C.R.L. Recognized for his analytical and financial skills, Philippe has also held positions as a project manager (global compensation), business owner (HR transformation) and Employee Experience Director at Agropur.
In addition to being a consultant at Sismik, Philippe serves as President of the Ordre des CRHA (Chartered Human Resources Professionals). Determined and versatile, he is dedicated to actively contributing to Quebec's prosperity through the provision of impactful support and concrete solutions to Quebec businesses. In this way, he uses his own expertise and the expertise of his clients to create value and help them achieve their goals.
