Before launching SISMIK, Renée-Claude held HR leadership and advisory roles with Air Canada, Bell Media (Astral), and Keurig Canada.
She holds a degree from HEC Montréal and is an ICF-certified coach, a Gallup CliftonStrengths® certified coach, and a certified team coach. She also holds several certifications in psychometric and team diagnostic tools, including SuccessFinder, which she uses to help leaders and teams better understand their strengths and create more aligned and high-performing work environments.
