Renée-Claude Paris is Co-Founder and President of SISMIK. For more than 20 years, she has been helping leaders and organizations regain clarity, create stronger alignment, and build workplaces that can perform without losing their humanity.

Recognized for her ability to quickly read organizational dynamics, she works at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, team transformation, and HR strategy. She helps executives bring order to complexity, evolve the way they work, and build organizations that are aligned, engaging, and ready for the future.

Through SISMIK, Renée-Claude supports companies of all sizes through periods of growth, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural change. She works on governance, structure, and organizational alignment, as well as executive team cohesion and leadership effectiveness. Her style is direct, energetic, human, and deeply grounded in business reality.

As a speaker, facilitator, and executive coach, she is especially known for her ability to spark honest conversations, challenge blind spots, and turn strategic thinking into concrete action.

Before launching SISMIK, Renée-Claude held HR leadership and advisory roles with Air Canada, Bell Media (Astral), and Keurig Canada.

She holds a degree from HEC Montréal and is an ICF-certified coach, a Gallup CliftonStrengths® certified coach, and a certified team coach. She also holds several certifications in psychometric and team diagnostic tools, including SuccessFinder, which she uses to help leaders and teams better understand their strengths and create more aligned and high-performing work environments.

For the past 30 years, Pierre has been helping administrators and company leaders to create work environments driven by such powerful, precise and pertinent organizational cultures, that they attract the best talents, and then see to their development and their evolution.

His passion for human challenges is only equalled by his passion for the world of business, which is expressed through his constant commitment as a mentor and an investor with numerous companies. In fact, he has founded or assisted entrepreneurs in creating companies in a variety of sectors, among them, computer technology, design, recruiting and distribution fields. He is on several consulting committees and company Boards of Directors both for private and public organizations.

Il est aussi le président fondateur du Groupe Intervest, une société d’investissement et de conseils en gestion pour les entreprises en démarrage et en développement.

Having received his degree in Commerce from McGill University, Pierre began his career in retail commerce and quickly entered the field of HR management within manufacturing and distribution companies. Notably, he was Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate affairs at Saputo, where he had a thriving career for more than 22 years.

A communicator, unifier and exceptional educator, Marie-Hélène brings to the table a rich and diversified experience in human resources as well as solid skills in strategic thinking. As pragmatic and as she is empathetic, she enjoys seeking and exploring innovative and effective solutions that will help organizations and people move forward.

Marie-Hélène excels in developing tools, workshops and action plans that are highly relevant and adapted to each individual’s reality. Her expertise led her to create the leadership development program – a program that has clearly proven its worth for Sismik’s clients.

Marie-Hélène likes to provoke thought and foster openness in her interactions with people. When conducting workshops or training sessions, she makes sure that all participants develop the skills they need to fully assume their responsibilities and reach their full potential.

Marie-Hélène has been part of SISMIK Impactful Culture since its inception and has accrued an in-depth knowledge of both the organization and the specific needs of Sismik’s clients. Recognizing her as a major ally, the company’s Co-founders named her a Sismik Shareholder in 2022.

Perceptive, curious and attentive, Julie is a catalyst of high performance for the leaders and companies on her path. With more than 20 years of experience in human resource management for a wide range of companies and agencies, she’s a pro at establishing the trust relationships required to help leaders build strong cultures and engaged teams.

Before joining SISMIK, Julie was Manager, Organizational Development at Agropur. There, her mandate was to create and maintain a healthy talent pool at the national level through impactful performance management and succession planning programs, and by scouting out and fostering high potentials. She also led the design of the engagement survey and developed a new approach to employee engagement and experience.

Previously, Julie worked at companies of various sizes and industries ranging from manufacturing, to media, technology and HR consulting. She implemented full-service HR functions, led change management in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and developed effective training and performance management strategies. An accomplished consultant and certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, Julie has conducted numerous HR diagnostics and developed HR tools, policies and programs that have always been aligned to her clients’ needs and culture.

Thanks to her curiosity, versatility and passion for her work, Anaïs has had a keen interest in mobilization, client support and change management for a number of years. Holding a master's degree in human resources management (M.Sc.) from HEC Montréal, she has worked in the business world for more than seven years. Over the course of her career, she developed her full potential as an analyst and business partner and more recently has filled a variety of human resources management positions in major Canadian and international organizations.

Drawing on her diverse experiences, Anaïs has worked in the financial industry and retail sector. In particular, she has supported, coached and strategically advised a number of leaders on the various elements of organizational development that need to be implemented in today’s climate of change and uncertainty.

Anaïs particularly enjoys working with organizations that are reinventing themselves, that are engaged in innovation and that are developing in the context of changing ecosystems. Her great adaptability, versatility and relational skills allow her to easily navigate diverse teams. Her judgment, dynamism and ability to create sustainable professional connections are the main skills that enable her to manage and carry out her work effectively and efficiently.

Anaïs recently joined the SISMIK team so that she could share her expertise and her natural inclination to provide support during times of organizational transformation. Open-minded and a connoisseur of fine food and drink, she enjoys exploring new cultures through her travels and takes away something unique from every experience.

With a degree in Human Resources and certification in the 100-day challenge development pathway known as Défi 100 jours L’effet A, Tanya Luttrell has over 13 years of experience in organizational development. She is also involved as an administrator of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Quebec.

Tanya has spent most of her career at Umanico where she focused her efforts on growing the company. Starting out as a Recruitment Assistant, she rose through the ranks and eventually carve out a place amongst the partners of the firm.

Over the course of her career, she has been strategically involved in several major projects, such as Umanico’s growth through acquisition and the development of the company’s brand image. Indeed, she has played an active role in many successful corporate mergers. Recognized for her professionalism and versatility, Tanya considers that value sharing and organizational culture management are necessary elements for effective change management.

Tanya’s detailed knowledge of the market is characterized by her expertise in HR management and talent acquisition. Always motivated by a challenge, she is interested in developing and supporting people through the application of a humane, authentic and thoughtful approach. Thanks to her entrepreneurial insights, she possesses a different and particularly empathetic perspective of organizational consulting.

In addition to her professional commitments, Tanya derives great satisfaction from giving her time to help others. Passionate about learning, health and food, she also enjoys honing her cooking skills in her spare time.

With over ten years of experience in human resources and having been a manager herself, she stands out for her ability to translate big-picture goals into concrete action plans, while staying focused on employee experience and organizational culture.​

Before joining SISMIK, Joannie held the role of Talent Management Advisor at Agropur, where she notably designed and implemented the performance management program across Canada and the United States. Her experience has also led her to manage projects in employee engagement, employer branding, and organizational design.​

Today, she also supports managers in their development and delivers training programs that combine strategic relevance with a human-centered approach. Rigorous and recognized for her ability to simplify complexity, Joannie helps organizations move from intention to action with clarity and coherence.

Flora is a strategic, pragmatic, and deeply human consultant, dedicated to her clients' business ambitions. She leverages human potential to transform her clients' strategic intentions into concrete and sustainable results.

With extensive experience in HR and organizational development, and holding a master's degree in human resources and a master's degree in marketing, she combines impact with a nuanced understanding of the field.
