With more than 20 years of experience in human resource management for a wide range of companies and agencies, she’s a pro at establishing the trust relationships required to help leaders build strong cultures and engaged teams.
Before joining SISMIK, Julie was Manager, Organizational Development at Agropur. There, her mandate was to create and maintain a healthy talent pool at the national level through impactful performance management and succession planning programs, and by scouting out and fostering high potential. She also led the design of the engagement survey and developed a new approach to employee engagement and experience.
Previously, Julie worked at companies of various sizes and industries ranging from manufacturing, to media, technology and HR consulting. She implemented full-service HR functions, led change management in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and developed effective training and performance management strategies. An accomplished consultant and certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, Julie has conducted numerous HR diagnostics and developed HR tools, policies and programs that have always been aligned to her clients’ needs and culture.
